A certified health coach, personal trainer, and life coach, Natalie’s coaching blends embodiment, mindset work, and practical strategies to help women feel grounded, magnetic, and fully alive.

Though she may have always seemed confident on the outside, Natalie spent years navigating self-doubt and overwhelm. As a trained dancer, she pushed through exhaustion and ignored her body’s signals — until an autoimmune disease diagnosis forced her to slow down and listen. Through her own healing, she learned that true confidence comes from tuning into your body, being present, and practicing self-compassion.
