Where women come to reclaim who they are, rise beyond the fear that keeps them small, and courageously create the impact they’re here to make.

The Embodied Leaders Collective is more than a social event, networking group, or workshop. It’s a combination of all three. It’s a space for women to show up fully, connect deeply, and grow alongside one another.

Here, you don’t have to perform, prove yourself, or have it all figured out. You’re invited to come as you are, take up space, and be supported as you step more fully into who you are and how you want to lead.

Because when one woman has the courage to show up as herself, she gives other women permission to do the same.

And together, we create greater impact than any of us could alone.

It’s time to embody “her”

You know there’s more of you that wants to be expressed—but fear, self-doubt, or overthinking sometimes gets in the way.

You’re ready to trust yourself more deeply and stop looking outside yourself for permission or validation.

You want to take courageous action toward the life, work, relationships, or impact that matter to you.

You crave friendships with women who are willing to go beyond surface-level conversation and actually know each other.

You want to be surrounded by women who inspire you—not because they have it all figured out, but because they’re willing to keep showing up, growing, and choosing themselves.

And perhaps end with something simple like:

You don't need a certain title, career, or level of success to belong here. You just need a desire to grow—and a willingness to show up as yourself.

Lead From Within

Each monthly ELC gathering explores a different topic related to deepening self-trust and strengthening your leadership.

Through honest, meaningful conversation, you’ll gain new perspectives, learn from the experiences of other women, and deepen your understanding of yourself - how you think, what you believe, what holds you back, and what becomes possible when you begin showing up differently.

Each conversation is an opportunity to challenge old ways of thinking, uncover new insights, and expand your sense of what’s possible for your life, your leadership, and the impact you’re here to create.

More than a conversation…

ELC events are not just about information - they’re about transformation.

An embodiment practice is incorporated into each event. Through a unique combination of journaling, music, and movement, you'll be invited to connect more deeply with yourself and experience the evening's theme—not just think or talk about it.

Because there’s a difference between knowing the woman you want to be and embodying her.

These practices give you the opportunity to experience what self-trust, confidence, courage, and authentic self-expression actually feel like in your body—so you can begin accessing those qualities more intentionally in the moments that matter.

No dance or movement experience is needed. There’s nothing to perform and no “right” way to participate. This is about getting out of your head, tuning into yourself, and giving yourself permission to show up fully.

Meet the Founder

Natalie Griffie is a Confidence & Embodiment Coach, speaker, and community builder dedicated to helping women deepen their self-trust, express themselves fully, and lead with greater confidence and courage.

With a background spanning performance, fitness and wellness, and coaching, Natalie has spent more than a decade helping people grow through a deeper connection to themselves and their bodies. Her work today brings those worlds together through an approach to confidence and leadership rooted in self-trust, embodiment, and authentic self-expression.

Known for bringing both depth and energy to the spaces she leads, Natalie creates experiences where women feel safe enough to be honest, brave enough to challenge themselves, and supported enough to take meaningful action.

She believes the most powerful leaders aren’t the ones who have it all figured out—they’re the ones willing to know themselves deeply, trust their own voice, and have the courage to show up fully as themselves.

The women are gathering…

ELC events are held monthly at our official venue partner, SEVEN—a beautiful boutique event space in Raleigh, North Carolina. Nestled in the historic Glenwood Brooklyn neighborhood, SEVEN is an intimate, one-of-a-kind event space filled with original art, murals, crystal chandeliers, lush textiles, and a private walled courtyard, offering a warm and thoughtfully curated setting for any gathering.

Each ELC experience brings together meaningful connection, authentic self-expression, and personal growth in an atmosphere that feels both welcoming and elevated. Above all, every gathering is a celebration of the women in the room - who they are, what they bring, and the impact they’re here to make.
